How long will it take to get my finished resume?

Turnaround time for the first draft is usually 3-5 business days depending on the package you choose. If you need it sooner, I do offer rush delivery options. Final turnaround depends on how quickly we complete any revisions together.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes - every resume comes with at least one round of revisions, and most clients only need one. I want you to feel confident handing your resume to a recruiter, so I'll work with you to get it just right.

How does your resume writing process work?

Once you place your order, you will fill out a quick intake form to learn more about your career goals, past experience, and the type of roles you're targeting. If you already have a resume, I'll review it as a starting point. I'll then craft your resume from scratch (or revise what you have) and send a first draft within 3-5 business days. You'll have a chance to request revisions to make sure it looks just right.

What if I don't have a resume at all?

That's totally okay. I work with clients who are starting from scratch. As long as you can answer a few key questions about your work history, education, and goals, I can build your resume from the ground up.

What if I'm not happy with the final result?

Your satisfaction is really important to me. If something doesn't look right, just let me know. I offer 1-2 rounds of revisions, depending on the package you choose. I don't offer refunds once writing has begun, but I'm happy to work with you to make sure your resume feels polished, professional, and aligned with your goals.

Can I use the same resume for different jobs?

Yes - but with a career. Your resume will be crafted with your overall goals in mind (whether that's admin roles, customer service, tech, healthcare, etc.). However, I recommend tailoring the resume slightly for each job you apply to - and I can guide you on how to do that after we're done.

Will my resume pass through applicant tracking systems (ATS)?

Yes - I format and write every resume to be ATS-friendly, which means it can be scanned properly by most major hiring systems. I also use keywords based on your target industry or roles.
